HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 52-year-old was jailed Monday on a bond of $5,250 after his arrest in a domestic case.

Francis E. Davis faces potential charges of Aggravated Battery domestic violence and criminal trespass after he apparently went to a home where he wasn’t welcome and battered a woman at that location.

This occurred around 4:20 p.m. Monday.

Davis made a first appearance Tuesday where he was told of the potential charges. He’s expected back in court next week for the formal reading of charges.
