HUTCHINSON, Kan. — One man was injured in an accident because of the ice on Wednesday.

Twenty-three-year-old Devon Jenkins was eastbound in the 2500 block of Nickerson Boulevard when he crossed into the westbound lanes and struck a vehicle driven by 39-year-old Jason Snow head-on.

Jenkins was transported to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center for treatment of unknown injuries while Snow was not injured.

The accident occurred around 4:40 p.m.
