HUTCHINSON, Kan. – The jury in the case against a Hutchinson man charged in three separate cases with stalking and violation of a protection from stalking order came back this morning with a mixed verdict.

Victory Stephenson was found “not guilty” of all three counts of stalking, but “guilty” of all three counts of violation of the protection from stalking order.

In one case, Victory Stephenson was charged by the state with stalked the victim between April 8 and May 19, 2015. The second date was on June 25, 2015 and the third on July 26, 2015.

With the decision of the jury, Judge Trish Rose set sentencing for the three counts of violating the protection from stalking order for June 17.

In the meantime, she also ordered no contact with the victim in the case.
