BUTLER COUNTY – One person was injured in an accident just after 11:30p.m. on Friday in Butler County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 1990 Cadillac driven by Jimmie S. Kellum, 35, Aurora, MO., was eastbound on U.S. 54 two miles west of Augusta.

The vehicle left the roadway into the center median and bolted back onto the roadway.

Kellum was transported to Susan B. Allen Hospital.

He was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
