Royals begin 2nd half with series at Detroit

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Both the Royals and Tigers are looking up at Cleveland in the American League Central Division.

Both will try to gain ground tonight as they hook up for a three game series in Detroit. Ian Kennedy will get the nod for the Royals, with Justin Verlander going for the Tigers.
