A business damaged Tuesday evening when a car went through the wall, apparently caused more damage then first thought, that according to owner of the business.

Julie Black owns “Curves for Women,” at 2602 North Main in the Larkland Shopping Center, and she told us they couldn’t get all the glass out of the carpet, so that will have to be replaced, and the rebuilding of the wall will take longer then first thought.

She says at this point, she has no definite date for re-opening the business. She says it will be in the near future, but not before next week, so they will stay closed the rest of this week.

The building was damaged when 71-year-old Francis Everson apparently hit the gas and her vehicle then went through building, that according to Hutchinson Police Sgt., Brice Burlie.

She had come to the business to pick up 69-year-old Linda Gasho who was inside the building when the car came in. A table in the waiting area struck Gasho on one of her legs, however neither of the women were injured.

The business was about to close says Black, but again it appears that it may take longer for them to re-open then first thought.
