
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Thirty-nine-year-old Kandra B. Carter of Haysville who ws arrested back in May entered a plea Monday in a drug distribution case in Reno County.
She was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute and interference with law enforcement. She entered pleas as charged in front of Judge Joe McCarville and will be sentenced in Sept.
As part of the agreement, she cannot appeal any sentence handed down by the judge, but both sides will recommend concurrent sentencing and community corrections.
She does have a hold out of Wichita as well.
She was arrested along with 40-year-old Jason Fike in the 300 block of South Pershing. His case is still pending.
