SEDGWICK COUNTY- A woman from Hutchinson was injured in an accident just before 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday in Sedgwick County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2006 Pontiac G6 driven by Alisha I. Snyder, 24, Hutchinson, was on the ramp from northbound Interstate 235 to southbound Interstate135.

The driver lost control of the vehicle. It left the roadway to the right and struck a tree.

Snyder was transported to St. Francis Medical Center.
She was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
