
HUTCHINSON, Kan. – A 48-year-old Hutchinson man saw his bond stay the same after a court appearance Tuesday morning after his arrest Friday evening
Gary Lane was jailed on a number of charges including felony flee and elude, felony interference, leaving the scene of an accident, driving while his license is revoked and failing to report an accident.
He allegedly fled from officers and his vehicle struck a power pole in the 400 block of North Monroe.
His bond was left at $8,500 and he should be back in court next week.
Another man, 29-year-old Markus Johnstone was not arrested, but could still face a charge of felony interference.
The incident occurring around 7:50 p.m. Friday night.
