HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A domestic disturbance call in the city about 5:45 p.m. Tuesday sent both residents to jail on drug charges.

Twenty-five-year-old Teresa Louise Delgado was arrested for criminal damage, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana.

Also arrested was 26-year-old Dominique Broome, who faces possible charges for possession of meth and marijuana, drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute and personal use drug paraphernalia. He was also arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in a separate traffic case.

Apparently police were called for the disturbance and Delgado opened the door with blood on her hands. They then noticed some windows broken after she allegedly threw a cell phone belonging to Broome out the window. They also found a black lock box, which allegedly contained drugs and paraphernalia, during an investigation. They also allegedly found a scale while inside the home.

In court, both Delgado and Broome managed to get their bonds lowered to $6,000.
