HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Two people arrested after a domestic disturbance have been formally charged with distribution of drugs
Twenty-five-year-old Teresa Louise Delgado and 26-year-old Dominique Broome are both charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to package, personal use drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Delgado is also charged with criminal damage.
Apparently, police were called to the disturbance and Delgado opened the door with blood on her hands. They then noticed some windows broken after she allegedly threw a cell phone belonging to Broome out the window. They also found a black lock box, which allegedly contained drugs and paraphernalia, during the investigation. They also allegedly found a scale while inside the home.
The two are free on bond and their cases will now proceed to a waiver-status docket.
