HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 29-year-old Pretty Prairie man who was arrested back on April 1 was back in court Monday in a drug distribution case where he was bound over for trial.

Joshua Stucky was stopped by Reno County Sheriff’s Deputy Travis Vogt around 12:40 a.m. after he was allegedly driving erratically on Pretty Prairie Road. That led to the traffic stop where they determined he was under the influence of some substance. They also noticed a spoon on the floorboard that appeared to have a white substance in it. In a backpack, they allegedly found a bag of suspected marijuana, a scale, additional baggies, a bag of meth and other paraphernalia that included a pipe.

Charges include felony possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine, possession of hydrocodone and drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute. There are also two misdemeanor charges, including DUI and no insurance.

Stucky is free on bond and arraignment will come next month in front of Judge Trish Rose.
