SOUTH HUTCHINSON, Kan. – A 57-year-old man was taken to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center early Tuesday after he was apparently struck by a vehicle.

It happened around 5:45 a.m. Tuesday when Michael Scott Gibson was walking to the parking lot in the 400 block of East 6th in South Hutchinson. He was struck by a vehicle driven by 62-year-old Kao Cherta Lee.

Gibson suffered a leg injury and was transported to the Emergency Room at Hutchinson Regional for treatment.
