HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Before the Reno County agenda session, Commissioner Brad Dillon was honored by representatives from Harvey and Sedgwick Counties for his work with REAP, the Regional Economic Area Partnership, for which Reno County is a part.

Dillon has served on the board for the last eight years and the last two as the Vice Chair.

Dillon, who was totally surprised with the presentation, was presented a plaque by the group as he will leave the board once his time on the Reno County Commission is over next year.

Dillon told the gathering that he’ll miss the people he has grown to know and call friends while being on the REAP committee.
