GREAT BEND – A pretrial motions hearing in the Adam Longoria case has been scheduled for March 1st at 9 a-m, in Barton County District Court.

Longoria is charged with the capital murder of 14-year-old Alicia Debolt. She was killed in August of 2010. Her burned body was found at an asphalt plant where Longoria was employed.

This will deal with the latest round between the two sides over disputes they have with each other and the procedure for the trial.

Longoria is scheduled for a jury trial on March 26.
