As expected the Reno County Commission approved related items associated with the hiring of a new County Health Department Director.

It was last week when the County Commission appointed Julia Hulsey as the replacement for current director Judy Seltzer who will retire later this year.

The board approved her contract Tuesday which will pay her 72-thousand dollars per year, and she will begin her duties on April 2.
