County Commission meets with Buhler residents

BUHLER, Kan. — In a meeting that lasted about two hours, Reno County Commissioners discussed several topics with residents of Buhler and the surrounding area in a special meeting Thursday night.

Terry David from Reno County EMS gave a report about the changes to the EMS service in the area that were implemented last year. Sheriff Randy Henderson also addressed the coverage they give to the area.

There was also discussion about the Woodberry Bridge, which has been closed for more than a month after structural deficiencies were discovered.

The matter will be back up for discussion during Wednesday’s County Commission meeting.
