HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Amanda Hullet has been named Vice President of Patient Care Services at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center effective immediately.

Hullet joined the hospital system in 2006 as a Nurse Tech in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit and advanced through several positions including a four-year stint as Director of Care Management. For the past three months, she has served as Interim Vice President of Patient Care Services.

In this new role, she’ll guide inpatient nursing, outpatient services, and the hospital’s education department.

Hullet grew up in Hutchinson and holds a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Bethel College in North Newton and a master’s degree in Healthcare Leadership from Friends University in Wichita. Her hobbies include a love of all sports. She specifically enjoys football, where her allegiance is the University of Alabama.

In commenting on the promotion, Hullet said “I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work for Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. We have a talented and compassionate care team and I look forward to working with them.”

Ken Johnson, President and CEO of Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System, said Hullet is uniquely qualified to lead patient care services at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center.
