HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A local man who apparently got into an altercation with his brother Sunday was taken to jail for two potential charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Daniel Garcia Jr. is accused of pulling a knife and threatening his brother while the two argued. Garcia’s father got between them, trying to keep the pair apart, but told police he also felt threatened.

In court, Garcia was told to stay away from the victims and bond was left at $10,000.
