HUTCHINSON, Kan. — One of three men accused of selling tickets at the Kansas State Fair for pocketing money entered a not guilty plea Tuesday. The other two were in court Wednesday, where they took different paths. One entered a no contest plea and the other also pleaded not guilty.

Charles Scott entered a no contest plea to theft and was sentenced to six months in jail, then granted one year on probation. He has been in jail since his arrest and is now free.

Leeon Gould Jr. went the same route as Brett Thomas as both entered not guilty pleas and will appear in court at a later date.

The three are accused of selling gate tickets outside the booth at Gate Six during the state fair and were reportedly seen pocketing the money.
