HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Even though Veterans Day is actually on Saturday, there will still be some closings Friday in honor of Veterans. That includes all county offices. County Administrator Gary Meagher says the Reno County Landfill will be open Friday, but will be closed on Saturday.

Hutchinson and South Hutchinson city offices will also be closed Friday.

Reno County District Court will also be closed Friday, meaning no hearings or even first appearances. Those arrested now through Sunday will not appear before a judge until next Monday.
