Two-vehicle accident causes few injuries; traffic snarls

SOUTH HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A two-vehicle accident caused only minor injuries to two people, but caused traffic headaches for motorists along K-96. The accident happened around 2:40 at Crupper’s Corner when two pickups collided at the intersection of K-14 and K-96.

One truck ended up pinned against a road sign, while the other was in the median. Reno County 911 reports that two people were looked over by EMS, but refused treatment.

KHP worked the accident. No names have been released at this time.
