HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Officials with the Kansas Specialty Dog Service are scheduled to speak Monday before the Hutchinson Rotary Club.

This group was incorporated as a non-profit with assistance from the State of Kansas Department of Rehabilitation Services and additional support from individual donors.

Its mission is to provide professionally-trained guide, service and facility dogs for people in need of a canine partner.

Located in Washington, Kansas, the KSDS campus includes the Administration Building, Canine Housing Unit, Training Building West, Training Building East, Agility Center and student housing.

Officials with this group will be at the Rotary Club meeting on Monday from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Atrium Hotel and Conference Center at 1400 N. Lorraine in Hutchinson.
