WICHITA, Kan. — Intrust Bank Arena will be abuzz this week with open practices and the first two rounds of the NCAA Tournament Midwest region. The University of Kansas drew a 1-seed and will play the 16-seed Quakers of Penn on Thursday at 1 p.m.
