HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 47-year-old Hutchinson man made a first court appearance Wednesday morning for suspicion of aggravated burglary, criminal threat, and criminal damage.
Bobby J. Davis is accused of forcing his way into a home in the 500 block of East Sherman around 1:20 p.m. Tuesday. He chased the occupant of the home while threatening to kill him. Davis reportedly admitted he made contact with the victim, but denied making any threat.
His bond is set at $11,750. He should be back in court next week to see if the state has filed formal charges.
