HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 21-year-old man arrested Thursday after he was involved in a non-injury accident was denied a bond reduction.
Brentt Killingsworth faces possible charges for DUI, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, an illegal tag and driving while suspended.

Killingsworth drove left of center in the 100 block of North Main and collided with a truck operated by an employee of Kansas Gas Service.
Police then discovered drugs and paraphernalia. Killingsworth reportedly admitted to smoking meth and marijuana recently.
In court, he asked for a bond reduction, but Magistrate Judge Cheryl Allen discovered a small child was in the vehicle at the time of the accident. Killingsworth was also just sentenced in a January case. Allen denied the request. Bond is set at $11,100.
