HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Despite their best efforts to teach needed skills for the workplace, companies still have a hard time finding employees. While technical educational opportunities are very strong in the area, it doesn’t always translate to good employees.

A program at Hutchinson Boys and Girls Clubs is working to change that. Skip Wilson with BGC Hutch talks about the Epic Skillz program:
