Only minor injuries reported from an injury accident in the county Friday morning.

It was reported around 8:40 a-m, when deputies were dispatched to 4th & Herren Road, west of Hutchinson.

Apparently, a pickup pulling a horse trailer driven by 20-year-old Colby Harner from Partridge had signaled to turn onto Herren Road, while a car driven by 80-year-old Doris LeGault from Stafford was behind him. Both vehicles were eastbound with Harner attempt to make his turn north, Legualt attempted to pass him striking his vehicle in the driver’s side door.

She was transported by Reno County E-M-S to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center with knee and chest pain.

Neither Harner and 28-yr-old William LeGault of Stafford were injured.

All three involved were wearing their seatbelts.
