HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A local man is jailed on a $10,000 bond after his arrest on Thursday in a domestic case. The victim says she was pushed and choked to the point she lost consciousness.

Zachary Eisenhower appeared before a judge Friday morning via video from the Reno County Correctional Facility and was told of the potential charge of aggravated battery – domestic violence.

Police say they could see the marks on the victim’s neck from the encounter.

He’ll be back in court next week.
