A 22-year-old Wichita man made a brief appearance in District Court over a couple of felony charges of stalking.

Dakota Wilson is also charged with two misdemeanor counts of a violation from a protection from stalking order, something the victim in this case apparently sought because of her being fearful of Wilson.

He then allegedly violated that order twice, putting the victim and her family in fear of him, according to the criminal complaint. That occurring on January 27 & 28.

The case will now be set for a waiver-status docket for next month.
