HALSTEAD – The Harvey County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant for the residence of 3015 S. Halstead Rd, in Halstead.

Located during the search were drugs and drug paraphernalia. The Harvey County Sheriff’s Office arrested 56-year-old Gregory Lemen on charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lemen was placed into the Harvey County Detention Center and is awaiting formal charges through the Harvey County Attorney’s Office.

Assisting with the search warrant were agencies from the Newton Police Department and Halstead Police Department.
