HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The building that houses the Texas T-Bone restaurant on E 11th in Hutchinson showed up for sale on a real estate website recently. However, the owner of the company says the restaurant will stay open.

According to Dave Crimmins of Texas T-Bone, the building is for sale but not the franchise. It means the local licensee will continue to own and run the business, it will just simply be under a different landlord.

Crimmins says the restaurant is doing well and they’re happy to be in Hutchinson. The small steak chain has two locations in Nebraska and one each in Colorado and Kansas.
