Celtics use 2 TDs in 4th to beat Roadrunners

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Trinity Celtics defeated the Chaparral Roadrunners 26-22.

Trinity put the first points on the board to go up 6-0.

Each team scored in the second quarter, but Trinity maintained the lead. The Celtics successfully scored a touchdown and two-point conversion to make the score 14-0.

The Roadrunners scored their first touchdown in the last two minutes against the Celtics to make it 14-7.

With only a few seconds before the break, Chaparral scored another touchdown to tie the game at 14.

Chaparral put up the only points of the third quarter and went ahead 22-14.

Trinity bounced back with two touchdowns in the fourth quarter to get the victory over Chaparral.
