HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Wednesday’s Hutchinson Reno County Chamber of Commerce breakfast will take time to honor those in agriculture. The monthly breakfast starts at 7 a.m. at the Atrium Hotel and Convention Center.
The Farm Focus Family breakfast takes time to recognize all Reno County Farmers who can attend the breakfast at no charge. This award began in 1985. Since then, 98 families in Reno County have been recognized.
The Chamber’s Agri-Business Committee will also be awarding a Reno County Agri-Business of the Year. This award is intended to honor Chamber member agri-businesses in Reno County, which is defined as the businesses collectively associated with the production and distribution of agricultural products.
The cost to attend is $12 for members and $22 for non-members.
