HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson/Reno County Chamber of Commerce January Membership Breakfast will include the annual State of the City Address from the Hutchinson City Manager, John Deardoff.

The event will be on Wednesday, Jan. 16, from 7 to 8:00 a.m., at the Atrium Hotel & Conference Center at 1400 N Lorraine.
