SALINA, Kan. — Hutchinson (3-15, 0-10) lost 58-38 to Salina South (8-10, 3-7) in Friday night’s game.

Tate Webster gets a four-point play with 1.5 seconds left, but @SouthCougars still lead Hutch 13-11 after one.

Salina South started the second quarter with a 13-2 run and finished the half with a 31-16 advantage.

Hutchinson’s Tate Webster had six points at halftime. The Salthawks shot 31.6 percent in the first half. The Cougars shot 52.2 percent.

The Cougars extended their advantage to 43-27 after three.

Salina South finished the night with a 20-point victory.
