BUHLER, Kan. — The city of Buhler has been without a recreation and wellness director since Candice Davidson left last fall.
Two proposals may come before the city council during its meeting on Tuesday.
In the past, the recreation director ran all facets of the department, including the swimming pool. Now the city may entertain changing the wellness director’s duties and possibly contracting out pool operation.
Few details are available at this time. According to City Manager Merrill Peterson, the matter is only up for discussion.
Tuesday’s meeting of the Buhler City Council begins at 7 p.m. in the city offices at 219 N. Main.
