Part-time job fair available for area students

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — After a wildly successful first year that drew 380 applicants, area high school students once again have been invited to the Part-Time Job Fair from 9 a.m. to noon Wednesday, March 6, in the Hutchinson Career and Technical Education Academy at 800 15th Circle. The event will draw 14 local employers.

Area high school students not enrolled at HHS who would like to participate should call the HCTEA office at (620) 615-4122. The job fair is designed to bring students and potential employers together to talk about working part time after school, during the summer or seasonally.

Participating employers include: Dillons, T.J. Maxx, McDonald’s, Freddy’s, Wesley Towers, Walmart, Disability Supports, Hutchinson Recreation Commission, Boys & Girls Club, Chili’s, Ad Astra Radio, Olive Garden, Braum’s and Atrium Hotel and Catering.
