MCPHERSON COUNTY — One person was injured in an accident just before 10a.m. Thursday in McPherson County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2018 Volvo semi driven by Tamer Bekir Ali, 43, Chamblee, GA., was south bound on Interstate 135 and traveling too fast as it exited onto Kansas 61. The semi flipped onto the drivers side.

Ali was transported to the hospital in McPherson. He was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
