HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A man facing felony charges after he was caught inside the offices of Gowans Stadium on the Hutchinson Community College campus waived his right to a preliminary hearing. Jacob Eells also entered a not guilty plea to the charges.
According to police, college personnel found Eells inside the facilities. He allegedly had some supplies from that office in his pocket when he was arrested. Eells was also reportedly in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Charges include aggravated burglary, possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
The incident occurred Feb. 2.
