LIBERAL – A 38-year-old Turpin, Oklahoma man was killed early Thursday after he lost control of his motorcycle in southwest Kansas.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, J Chad Cheyyene McIntire was northbound on U-S 83, when he went off the right side of the roadway and lost control. He was ejected from the 2009 Harley Davidson motorcycle. He was not wearing a helmet.

The accident occurring around 1:40 a-m, Thursday morning on the northeast edge of Liberal.
