Schulze given probation in robbery attempt

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A second of four people arrested in an attempted robbery at the Kansas State Fairgrounds has been given probation.

Kerrah Schulze was charged with attempted robbery and conspiracy to commit an armed robbery after she and three others tried to rob a Texas man who was staying at the fairgrounds RV park.

With her criminal record, Schulze fell under presumptive probation, which was followed by Judge Tim Chambers. Schulze was ordered to pay more than $600 in fees in the case along with attorney’s fees.
