Both are expected to go before Judge Daniel Gilligan Tuesday, Sept. 3, at 9:30 a.m. in Reno County District Court.
Stratton was found in an alley in the 700 block of West 7th Avenue Saturday afternoon unconscious. She was taken to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center and then to Wichita. She remains in critical condition.
