HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson’s newest featured neighborhood, Creekside Neighborhood, now has an official look to go with its name.

Neighborhood residents voted on and selected a logo design created by neighborhood resident and graphic designer Will Gates during a meeting last week at the Hutchinson Public Library.

The Creekside Neighborhood logo reflects its name with a picture of Cow Creek running through it. The logo will be used on neighborhood sign toppers and in marketing efforts.

The City of Hutchinson formally recognized Creekside Neighborhood and its boundaries with a proclamation during the Aug. 6 City Council meeting. Creekside Neighborhood is the fourth featured neighborhood of the Hutchinson Healthy Neighborhoods Initiative. Its boundaries include Main Street to Cow Creek and 4th through 11th avenues.
