NICKERSON, Kan. — While there are a couple of meetings scheduled in support of the $29.9 million bond issue in the Nickerson/South Hutchinson USD 309 School District, a “Vote No” group has formed to oppose the issue.

This group will have a couple of meetings next week. The first public meeting of the group will be Oct. 28 at Hedrick’s Bed and Breakfast Inn beginning at 7 p.m. The second will be Oct. 29 at Mennonite Manor in South Hutchinson beginning at 7 p.m.

Everyone is invited to these meetings.
