HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 37-year-old man convicted in a domestic case was sentenced Friday to two years and five months in prison.

Burgess Martin was convicted of choking the victim during an altercation on Oct. 28, 2018.

Martin has prior convictions for misdemeanor drug charges.
