HUTCHINSON, Kan. – The Hutchinson Salthawks jumped out to a quick 14-0 lead over the Campus Colts in the first quarter of play Friday night only to see the Colts storm back to lead at the half 17-14.  Campus, winless on the season, moved the ball quickly in the third quarter to lead 24-13. The Salthawks answered back to pull within 3 at 24-21, but Campus had other plans and pulled away to win 38-21.

Hutchinson and Campus will both be on the road in the first playoff dates next Friday.  Unofficially, it looks like Hutchinson may travel to Manhattan High next Friday.  Confirmation of that will be announced tomorrow from the KSHSAA office.
