As expected, a Hutchinson woman was in court Friday to enter pleas to three cases involving the distribution of methamphetamine.

Dinah Sanchez-Loredo entered guilty pleas in all three cases, one of which she was arrested when the vehicle she and Amber Moore was in was stopped by drug detectives as they were coming back to Hutchinson from Dodge City. They allegedly had a large quantity of drugs and both were charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to package. That was from back in 2007, and the case has been on appeal over a motion to suppress, but the state won the appeal.

The other two cases also involve the distribution of meth.

Sanchez-Loredo was arrested in January for being in possession of meth with intent to sell. She was allegedly caught with the drugs and paraphernalia and allegedly had 3-ounces on her. She was also arrested back in early November of last year, along with Natasha Willm for allegedly having over a pound of meth.

Deputy District Attorney Tom Stanton agreed as part of the agreement to not refer the case to the feds for federal prosecution.

Both sides will recommend total sentencing of 130-months. Judge Tim Chambers decided to schedule a special setting for sentencing, which will come on July 30, at 1:30 p-m.
