TOPEKA, Kan. – State Soccer Regional sites have began play on Monday. Winners advance to play in Regional Championship Matches on Thursday, October 31st at various sites.

In 6A, Dodge City defeated Hutchinson 10-0 in Dodge City.  The Salsthawks finish the season at 6-10-1.  Dodge City (14-3-0)  advances to play Wichita Southeast HS on Thursday in Dodge City.

In 5A, McPherson defeated Salina Central 6-1.  McPherson (14-2-1) now advances to play Emporia High School (13-4-0) in McPherson on Thursday.

In 4-3-2-1A West Regional #2, Buhler defeated Wichita-The Independent HS 11-1 Tuesday. Now the Crusaders (12-5-0) will face Rose Hill (10-6-1) in the Regional Championship on Thursday in Buhler

In the other West Regional #3, Elbing-Berean Academy  defeated McPherson-Elyria Christian HS/Hutchinson-Central Christian HS 2-0 in a close match on Monday.
