- Derby will be making their 5th Straight Trip to the State Championship game.

Class 5A
Mill Valley 34, St. Thomas Aquinas 31, OT
- Tyler Green 6-yard run in OT is sending Mill Valley to Pittsburg for the 5A state championship game. Third title game appearance in school history. Mill Valley is 2-0 in state title games.
- Aquinas led Mill Valley 28-25 with under nine seconds remaining. A 30 yard field goal by Mill Valley is sent it to overtime as time expires.
Wichita Northwest 80, Maize 42
Class 4A
Andover Central 7, McPherson 0
- Jaguars moving on to their second state title game in school history and first since 2015. Andover Central was 5-5 last season.
Bishop Miege 48, Paola 14
- Stags moving onto the 4A state title game where they are going for their sixth straight state title in 4A or 4A-I.
Class 3A
Andale 55, Cheney 20
- Andale is going back to state for the second time in three years and third time since 2014.
Perry-Lecompton 35, Topeka Hayden 27
- Kaws moving on to their second ever state title game appearance and first since 2008. Perry-Lecompton (9-3) started season 1-2 and were 3-3 after six weeks. Second win over Hayden this season as they’ve won six games in a row!
Class 2A
Norton 10, Hoisington 8
- Norton trailed 8-7 in this game before hitting a Field Goal by Walhmeier to take a 10-7 lead with 6.2 seconds left.
- Norton lost this game in district 38-7 back on October 25th.
2A Substate Football: Riley County at Nemaha Central has been moved to Saturday, 1:00 pm.
Class 1A
Centralia 44, Jackson Heights 6
Smith Center 20, Plainville 19
- Smith Center going to their 14th state title game in school history. Going for third straight state title
